Strengthening the ability of systems and stakeholders—individuals, communities, civil society, governments, and private companies—to achieve goals is what HI-Cube Global Resources calls capacity development./et_font_size]
It is important to remember that stakeholders are part of a dynamic system and that they have varying levels of capacity. When we engage with stakeholders, we aim to gain a thorough grasp of both the local systems and the culture and strengths of the organization to give assistance that is specific to their needs.
In our opinion, capacity development is an intentional, targeted process to enhance an organization’s technical and organizational capacity by expanding the knowledge and skills of its workforce and supporting its processes, systems, and programs. These initiatives may assist a company in forming alliances, mobilizing resources, and achieving goals, as well as influencing other systems to change.
It doesn’t matter how technical the program is or how much money it receives; our ultimate aim is to leave behind a better company. Hi-co-creation Cube’s approach positions organizations and Hi-Cube as equal partners; we support the development of highly contextualized action plans to build organizational and technical capacity; we provide customized technical assistance that meets partners where they are, and we constantly learn and adapt our capacity development interventions.
